Mercy Fort Smith Project Search- Reverse Job Fair

We cordially invite you to our “drop-in” Reverse Job Fair on Friday, April 5th, from 10-2 pm, hosted in the Hennessy Education Room at Mercy Hospital. This event is designed to showcase the work skills, talents, and experiences acquired by our Project SEARCH interns throughout this program year.

Overview of Project Search: Our mission revolves around providing education and equipping young adults, aged 18-35, diagnosed with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with new skills. Our program operates on a 9-month internship workforce and career development model, centered at our host site, Mercy Hospital. Our interns work three different internships at Mercy Hospital during the program. We embrace individuals of all ability levels, with no prerequisite for basic academic skills. Our participants possess diverse work skill sets and abilities, and we simply require a willingness to learn vocational skills and a desire to work.
