The Western Arkansas workforce delivery system of partners is here to serve your business or individual employment and training needs. Our workforce centers, located in Fort Smith and Mena, can provide a comprehensive list of services to assist you. Our network of support agencies extends beyond these centers to include mobile workforce units that can be dispatched in critical need situations or for planned facilitation of training and job fairs. We also work and collaborate with many community organizations to provide more than just your typical employment services.
