Led by Kendall Ross, director of the Family Enterprise Center, this event is designed to give an overview of how the FEC meets the unique needs of the family in business. The program will discuss managing a business across family generations, with non-family professional managers, and with family members who are not actively involved in the business. Whether your business is a mom-and-pop with children involved or a multi-generational corporate entity, you’ll learn how to structure your business for success and succession.
